In 2.5 years we built a brand, an online store, an academy and marketing that largely runs by itself. Revenue grew by 1400% in that time and is still growing.

The problem

Online you could not see how much expertise SketchExpert had.

SketchExpert provides SketchUp training, online and in the classroom, and sells the official SketchUp software. Two pillars that both needed a sales channel that could grow with them. Online, the company looked smaller than the knowledge behind it.

Behind the scenes the team did a lot by hand, such as registrations, follow-up and invoicing. So the question went beyond a new website. SketchExpert wanted to be seen as the platform for SketchUp and to grow without the team getting stuck.

In 2.5 years we built a brand, an online store and an academy.

We started with the brand and the website. Then came the online store, with campaigns and SEO underneath. In the third phase came the academy and automated follow-up. Now we are working on AI, with a chatbot for students and findability in AI search engines.
