VloerPartners was growing fast. Price inquiries still ran through phone and email and nobody had an overview. We built one system in which the team works faster and connected showrooms request a price in seconds. That gives customers a better experience. Since then more than 50 new showrooms have been connected.
The problem
VloerPartners grew so fast that the system could no longer keep up.
More than fifty showrooms requested prices from VloerPartners. That happened by phone, by email and through scattered lists. Every inquiry meant searching and retyping, with a risk of errors.
The team worked hard, but nobody had an overview of what was in progress. VloerPartners wanted to keep growing without the organization getting stuck.

We built one platform for everything between inquiry and delivery.
We shadowed the team on the work floor and then built one system for the whole organization. Showrooms request prices in it themselves and get an answer right away. Every order goes through fixed steps with an owner.
